In December of 2022, we were brainstorming ideas about how to highlight Jake’s passion for food and community. After some thought, the idea came about with hosting dinners at different spaces around Milwaukee. The concept of a group of people, mainly strangers, sitting at a large table together, sharing delicious food and great conversation in a new and unique space struck him. Jake compared this to restaurants that have a sort of “community table” in the middle of the restaurant for those willing to sit with strangers over their meal. Once Jake described this, we knew it was going to be something special.

We enjoyed a fantastic evening with Chef Jake & Becca. The menu was inspired from their recent travels to Europe, and it was delicious. They are a warm and inviting couple with a passion to bring great food, happiness, good conversation to the table. Our group can’t wait to experience another fun evening with them.
